About Us
We are a dedicated group of physicians, administrators and community members committed to enhancing American Indian/Alaska Native healthcare.
Who We Are
The Front-Line Indigenous Partnership (FLIP), founded in 2020, works to improve the health of American Indian/Alaska Native communities by empowering healthcare providers through education, career development, and partnerships.
In collaboration with Chinle Hospital’s ATSAH Program, FLIP offers academic scholarships and career opportunities in radiologic technology to meet healthcare staffing needs while equipping young Navajo adults with lifelong professional skills. Our partnership focuses on closing gaps in healthcare access and creating pathways to sustainable careers in Indigenous communities.
Vision
We envision a future where Indigenous healthcare professionals thrive, leading culturally competent, sustainable care for their communities.
Mission
Our mission is to enhance American Indian/Alaska Native health outcomes, eliminate existing health disparities, and support healthcare career pathways for Indigenous youth.
